Christopher Conlon is Chief Executive Officer of EverPrime. He is a leading retail real estate executive with over 30 years of experience.

Previously, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of wpg, a 600-person retail platform, operating 95+ centers and 70+ outparcels across 30 states. During his tenure as CEO, he led a transformative value creation program and guided more than $6 billion in asset dispositions over four years.

Prior to joining wpg, Chris held the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Acadia Realty Trust, where he led a differentiated strategy of owning and operating high-quality urban, suburban, and street retail assets across the United States. He was also previously a partner at Ripco Real Estate Corporation, successfully executing expansion plans for retailers including Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Starbucks, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Ulta, Five Below, the TJX Companies and others.

Chris has been an ICSC member for over 30 years, serving as Chairman of the 2018 New York ICSC dealmaking conference. A member of the ICSC Open Air Committee since 2011, he served as Committee Co-Chair from 2017–2018 and OAC Summit Chair in 2016. In 2024, he was elected to the ICSC Board of Trustees, which provides strategic guidance to advance ICSC’s mission of serving its members while championing the social, civic, and economic impact of the marketplaces industry.

Chris obtained his J.D. from St John’s University School of Law, and he holds a B.A. from The State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is also a captain licensed by the United States Coast Guard.

Joshua Lindimore is Executive Vice President, Head of Leasing and Property Management at EverPrime, where he leads revenue strategy and leasing.

Previously, Josh was the Executive Vice President, Head of Leasing at wpg where he led the direction and strategy of all revenue-related functions, overseeing Open Air & Enclosed Leasing, Specialty Leasing, Development, Construction, and Revenue Services.

He also served as Vice President, Leasing, for Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015. He holds a B.A. from Ohio University and is an active member of ICSC.

Christa Vesy is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at EverPrime, overseeing finance, financial operations & reporting, tax, and accounting.

Previously, Christa was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at wpg. She was responsible for the organization’s financial management and reporting, overseeing Finance and Accounting, Financial Operations and Tax.

Prior to joining wpg, Christa served as Executive Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer at SITE Centers, where she oversaw the accounting, tax, and treasury functions. Before joining SITE Centers (then DDR Corp.), Christa worked for The Lubrizol Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Christa is a certified public accountant (CPA) and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
